Our mortuary/holding rooms are located at:
- Personal Services Australia - 4/186 Hartley Road, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567. This facility is owned and operated by Fishbone Investments Pty Ltd.
- Independent Mortuary Transfers - 1/6 Joule Place, Tuggerah. This facility is owned and operated by Fishbone Investments Pty Ltd. Transportation of the body prior to cremation will be in conducted a suitable vehicle and will be provided by Personal Services Australia/Independent Mortuary Transfers. The body will be kept in our mortuary/holding room and will only be transported for the purposes of the funeral service as per the final agreement.

Comprehensive & Affordable Funeral Packages
Basic funeral package
Direct cremation (no funeral service and no attendance) excludes delivery of ashes
This package includes the use of a cremation capsule and does not include family and friends in attendance. Package covers transport from the location of death (within 30km), care and preparation of deceased prior to cremation. Family to collect ashes from crematorium.

Cremation (no funeral service and no attendance) hand delivery of ashes
This package includes the use of a cremation capsule and does not include family and friends in attendance. Package covers transport from the location of death (within 30km), care and preparation of the body prior to cremation end.
Basic memorial package
Memorial service with cremation (no funeral service and no attendance)
This package includes direct cremation at our crematorium in a composite board coffin. Package covers transport from the location of death (within 30km), care and preparation of the body prior to cremation and a one hour memorial service. Celebrant, floral tribute, visual reflection and memorial urn to the value of $500 per unit. Hand delivery of ashes up to 50km. Package excludes after hours transfer, viewing, mourning stationery and venue hire.
